Republic of Ireland: Delivery is FREE for all items over €49* within the Republic of Ireland,for all orders below €49 we are offering very low shipping costs.
UK & Northern Ireland: Delivery is FREE for all items over €69* within Northern Ireland ,for all orders below €69 we are offering very low shipping costs.
International Orders: We are offering low cost worldwide shipping on all orders. Depending on location items may be shipped from our European depot. Every care is taken in ensuring a prompt and reliable delivery of goods. Unfortunately in some circumstances completely out of our control parcels can become delayed during transit. Due to customs and postage regulation variations, orders shipping outside of Ireland and the UK may take up to 28 days to be delivered from date of shipment. This is completely out of our control and we cannot investigate and claims for lost parcels until 28 days from date of shipment has elapsed.
The above costs are calculated by the weight of each box, the numbers of boxes used per consignment and also the parameter dimensions of each overall shipment. This is called gross parameter shipping and is the most accurate form of shipment calculating used by logistical standards worldwide.

With even the most advanced shipping calulation tools at our disposal we can sometimes get things wrong. While Hugz Babystore endeavours to provide the most cost effective shipping charges, shipping costs charged at checkout are subject to change and in some circumstances you may be requested to provide additional shipping costs after checkout for heavy weight or multi packed products.
Once goods have been shipped you can expect to receive your goods the next working day within the Republic of Ireland, within 2-3 days for Northern Ireland & the UK and within 5 working days for all other destinations.
Please note: In most cases goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order but in some rare circumstances it can take up to 28 working days to ship your order due to stock availability.
Should you not be satisfied with your expected delivery time you can cancel your order at any time prior to the order being shipped and you will receive a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to our courier it cannot be cancelled.
Should you wish to return an item you have received you can do so by following the instructions in our returns section which can be found at the bottom of the page or in our policy documents found on the footer of our homepage.

Once you have valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, invoice or similar then you can avail of our amazing 2 year returns policy. Unfortunatley Hugz Babystore cannot entertain credit card statements as a form of proof of purchase. We are now offering a full 2 years hassle free returns on all unopened, unused items, still in their unopened boxes. The boxes must be undamaged and the box and product therin must be fit for resale. The product must also be still available to purchase from the manufacturer at the time of return.
Returns for internet orders
If you are not 100% happy with your product then you can send it back to Hugz Babystore without a reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note you must email our returns department returns@hugzbabystore.ie requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Hugz Babystore. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for resale. Please note, if sending products back to Hugz Babystore the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in resalable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer.
After inspection and the product is in a resale condition we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs sending products back to Hugz Babystore must be borne by the customer.

Please note you must email our returns department returns@hugzbabystore.ie requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Hugz Babystore. Please note, if sending products back to Hugz Babystore the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in resalable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer.
After inspection and the product is in a resale condition we will issue a refund less a 10% charge (to cover administration, restocking & costs). Shipping costs sending products back to Hugz Babystore must be borne by the customer.

As a customer it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty. Missing items must be reported to Hugz Babystore within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to Hugz Babystore will result in a forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts from Hugz Babystore.
If you deem the item you received as being faulty and it is within the 6 months manufacturer's warranty then you can send the item back to Hugz Babystore for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our returns department returns@hugzbabystore.ie requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to Hugz Babystore. Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact Hugz Babystore regarding warranty before returning any products. After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product.
Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to Hugz Babystore. A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant return of the entire item and Hugz Babystore will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned to Hugz Babystore. Costs for sending items back to Hugz Babystore are borne by the customer.
If you receive a wrong item then Hugz Babystore must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then Hugz Babystore will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by Hugz Babystore and also arrange to collect the item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered.
