DELIVERY COSTS:
Delivery is FREE for all items over €69* within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK. Orders under €69 will incur a single €6 delivery
charge within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK. Shipping costs vary greatly across the EU and we are proud to offer very competitive
shipping costs to all destinations. For the most accurate and up to date shipping costs please place the items you wish to buy into your shopping cart
and proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping destination. This will provide you with the most accurate shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Once goods have been dispatched you will receive a notification by email with your tracking no. and details of how to track your order. Once shipped
you can expect to receive your goods the next working day within the Republic of Ireland, 2-3 working days within Northern Ireland & UK and within
5 working days for orders outside of Ireland.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Products marked ' In stock ' indicates the goods are either in stock in our warehouse or in stock with our supplier. In most cases goods ordered will
be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days, but please allow up to 28 working days depending on stock availability.
You will receive an email outlining your expected delivery time scale as soon as your order is confirmed by Hugz Babystore. Your account will be
debited once availability and delivery timescale is verified from the supplier. Hugz Babystore will notify you as soon as possible should the item(s)
be no longer available or unavailable for a period of time. Please note: Time scales provided are estimates only, provided to Hugz Babystore from the
supplier. Where a delay is evident, Hugz Babystore will notify you as soon as possible of this delay and will constantly keep you updated with the
status of your order. Clear and efficient communication with our customers is paramount to Hugz Babystore.
PLEASE NOTE: Hugz Babystore does not have all products on display in our Dublin Showroom.
RETURNS:
No Hassle 28 day returns policy
Should you wish to return an item simply contact Hugz Babystore within 7 days from date of receiving goods outlining your reason for return. Pending
the outcome, Hugz Babystore will then issue you with a returns code where necessary. Please note: Items must be received back to Hugz Babystore within
28 days.
Should you simply not want the goods you can return them to us with the returns code provided and a full and prompt refund will be issued less the
costs of delivery once the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately costs incurred for returning the item cannot be reimbursed
to you. Please note: there will be a 10% restocking charge applied.
Should the goods be faulty you can return them to us with the returns code provided and once we have received the faulty goods we will promptly
dispatch the replacement item. Please note: Hugz Babystore cannot send out replacement items until goods have been received back to Hugz Babystore. A
faulty piece or part of a larger item does not warrant return of the entire item and Hugz Babystore will replace or repair the part required once it
has been returned to Hugz Babystore. Unfortunately costs incurred by customers while returning items deemed to be faulty to Hugz Babystore cannot be
reimbursed.
Please note:
1. All items to be retuned must be accompanied by a returns code issued to you by Hugz Babystore.
2. Any items to be returned to Hugz Babystore remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried
out. After which Hugz Babystore reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).
Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 21 working days for funds to appear in
your account. Hugz Babystore will promptly issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation for same. Hugz Babystore cannot be held responsible for any
delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing Bank.
