Delivery times

Once goods have been shipped you can expect to receive your goods the next working day within the Republic of Ireland, within 2-3 days for Northern Ireland & the UK and within 5 working days for all other destinations.

Please note: In most cases goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order but in some rare circumstances it can take up to 28 working days to ship your order due to stock availability.

Should you not be satisfied with your expected delivery time you can cancel your order at any time prior to the order being shipped and you will receive a full refund.

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to our courier it cannot be cancelled.

Should you wish to return an item you have received you can do so by following the instructions in our returns section which can be found at the bottom of the homepage.

Every care is taken in ensuring a prompt and reliable delivery of goods. Unfortunately in some circumstances completely out of our control parcels can become delayed during transit. Due to customs and postage regulation variations, orders shipping outside of Ireland and the UK may take up to 28 days to be delivered from date of shipment. This is completely out of our control and we cannot investigate any claims for lost parcels until 28 days from date of shipment has elapsed.
