Price Match Promise

Hugz Babystore prides itself in honouring our price match promise. Where possible we will attempt to match or beat any genuine like-for-like offer on the internet.

If you have found an identical product to one listed on our website cheaper elsewhere, simply email us at sales@hugzbabystore.ie and we will contact you with our offer, where possible within 24 hours.

It is only possible for us to match a price that you can provide evidence of.

The following criteria must be met:

1. The seller must not be a private individual.
2. Auction/private ad websites are excluded.
3. The items must be brand new and the seller must be an authorised dealer.
4. The total costs including delivery will be taken into account.
5. The item must be in stock and available to purchase online.
6. Verbal quotes obtained from other retailers will not be accepted.
7. Items on sale, on offer or clearance with other retailers are excluded.

If the above criteria is fully met Hugz Babystore will match the price plus give up to 20% of the difference back to the customer. That’s how confident we are in our pricing. Hugz Babystore reserves the right to withdraw any offer made at any time.
